Mr. Toma is a Senior Associate Attorney at Toma Law Group whose practice focuses on civil litigation, business and commercial disputes, personal injury, consumer warranty and California Lemon Law matters, government entity liability, premises liability, and real estate and property-related disputes. He represents individuals and businesses through all stages of litigation, including prelitigation investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Mr. Toma also advises clients regarding contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Mr. Toma received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University in 2018. While attending San Diego State, he gained practical business and operational experience while serving as Vice President of Operations. He later received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from California Western School of Law, where he graduated early and earned multiple Dean’s Honor List designations. He also received Academic Excellence Awards in Food and Drug Administration Law and Community Property Law. Shortly after graduation, he was admitted to the State Bar of California.
Before joining Toma Law Group, Mr. Toma served as Corporate Counsel, advising businesses on matters involving real estate transactions, contractual disputes, business litigation, employment issues, and regulatory compliance. His in-house experience continues to inform his practical and business-oriented approach to representing clients.
